Alright, I'll post the first partner request.
I'm always looking for partners, for rock, ice, alpine stuff, skiing, whatever. Most of my partners are international students and tend to disappear after a while. Ideally I'd like to find a student (so we have the same holidays and dirtbag mentality) who's a good alpine climbing partner for a few hut-sitting trips on the south island (i.e sitting in a hut waiting for the weather to improve so we can actually climb something).
Me:
reasonably nice guy, pretty keen on climbing - just about all types of climbing.
I live in Palmy, have car, gear etc...
leading: trad: 22, sport: 22, ice: WI5, mixed:M7
Usually keen for a trip on the weekends and on the university holidays.
Send me a pm if you're keen, experienced and not a douchebag.
Going up to mangaokewa this weekend (11/3) if anybody's keen. look for the yellow circus tent.
Cheers
